Algomation exists to solve the central bottleneck of enterprise AI: the fact that most operational logic is still implicit, undocumented and inaccessible to machines.

By treating “algorithmation” as a first-class discipline, we help organizations capture their institutional know-how in machine-readable form – so AI agents can act with the same context and discipline as experienced employees.

Roots and experience

The founders and core team behind Algomation have spent years working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, public-sector digitalization and AI. We have seen how complex organizations really operate – and how often the decisive rules live in people’s heads rather than in systems.

That experience shaped our conviction that AI transformation is not just about models, but about encoding the “brain and memory” of the organization in a way that both humans and machines can use.
